SUSPENDED WORKING PLATFORMS

Stable suspended access platforms for prolonged working at height

SUSPENDED WORKING PLATFORMS AND ACCESS SYSTEMS

Suspended working platforms, access cradles and walk-on tensioned netting provide safe, efficient, and cost effective alternatives to scaffolding. They enable safe and efficient access for trades by providing solid, stable surfaces in high level, under deck, or confined space works locations.

SUSPENDED WORKING PLATFORMS

Our specialist rope access technicians are expert at installing stable suspended working platforms that allow safe access for other trades to carry out a variety of heavy work tasks. Typically deployed under deck for infrastructure such as bridges, jetties, pipe racks, conveyors, or in large confined spaces, the systems are lightweight and portable, and installation is statistically safer than scaffold or alternatives, with significant time and cost saving implications.

ACCESS CRADLES

SG have extensive experience with portable suspended access cradles, which provide safe, efficient suspended working platforms for prolonged works at height. Easily transported and installed, they are versatile , manoeuvrable, and cost effective, enabling effective access to the full vertical drop where they are deployed.

WALK-ON TENSIONED NETTING

Installed by our specialist rope access teams, walk-on netting provides a stable surface to enable safe access for other tradesmen to carry out lighter works.

Safe and quick to install, low cost, extremely light weight and highly versatile, our tensioned netting systems provide an appealing alternative to scaffold or other access solutions where trades require access for minor or light works.

SUSPENDED TRUSSES

Where rapid access is required to a wide span or an under-deck area with no rigging points above, we can assemble and install suspended access trusses across wide spans of up to 30m, enabling safe access to work for our rope access technicians by aid climbing along the suspended truss to the works zone.
