Leading the team from head office in Edinburgh, as company director and overall quality manager, Calum is heavily involved in all aspects of the smooth running of projects and the company.

Calum from time to time pleads a place on the team for some of the more interesting projects, but in general, he can be found carrying out site visits, liaising with clients, and maintaining the general workings of the company.
